Neuroplasticity

According to the Dictionary Neuroplasticity is defined as the ability of the brain to form and reorganize synaptic connections, especially in response to learning or experience or following injury.

Neuroplasticity has become a mainstream concept in the past years. The brain has the ability to heal and even regenerate nerve growth. It does so naturally but can be enhanced with the correct effort and exercise. Here are some examples of exercises to build the brain.
